As you may or may not know, I'm training for a couple of things to raise money for certain charities. One is a 50 mile walk on September the 15th for Kent Youth. The other is a 10K run around Leeds Castle for Cancer Research. Well, my feet have taken a bit of a pounding and this morning my toenail next to the big one decided enough was enough and dropped off. That's the second toenail now. I had such pretty feet too.... ;)
